Microgrid stocks, like CleanSpark (CLSK) are gaining attention with heat and blackouts hitting California.
For one, utilities are realizing they can’t guarantee energy supply to their customers, especially in vulnerable areas. Two, power outages are becoming commonplace with wildfires, storms, earthquakes, and other natural disasters across the U.S.
Three, as the latest virus pandemic wreaks havoc, it’s straining the power systems of hospitals and food distribution systems.
And four, with California being scorched by heat, fire tornadoes, blackouts, and surging demand for energy, the power grid may not be able to keep up with demand. That could very well lead to far bigger demand for microgrids moving forward.
